She has led projects in the areas of building and structuring innovation management and developing product, process and market innovations. She also specializes in agile innovation management and has Scrum Master and Agile Coach certification. She has project experience in the automotive, construction and window industry, pharmaceutical, chemical, furniture and automation industries.

In 2017 she obtained the Inbound Marketing Certificate, in 2018 a series of Sales and Marketing Certificates. Since 2015 she is leading Inbound Marketing projects with international innovation partners and is responsible for Marketing, Sales and Communication.

In 2018 he received the certificate "Certified Service Design Thinker" in Frankfurt. His project experience spans the industries including sports, medical technology, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods.

Creativity Techniques - Brainstorming is out - get to know the latest Creativity Techniques - Julian EBERLING, LEAD Innovation

Planning and conducting innovation workshops is the basis for new ideas that are later developed into products, processes or business models. If you are looking for a solution to a specific problem or a new product, you are well advised to use the appropriate creativity methods. In this class, participants learn new creativity techniques and especially how to best apply the methods in workshops. Moreover, we will directly try out the methods with the participants and show how to apply them online.

Networking #2: Corporate startup cooperation 

Particularly during the current COVID crisis startups have proven to be flexible when it comes to reacting fast to new challenges. A1 has been working together with startups since 2015, allowing to combine the capabilities of a big telecommunications provider with innovative and fresh minds.
